We ship with Australia Post.
We endeavor to have in stock (ready made) orders posted within 3-7 business days however as all our items are handmade by us, please allow up to 21 days for us to make or check notice banner on website for current lead times. Please read product description carefully as if an item is pre-order or has a longer turn around time it will be stated there. In the unlikely event of an issue or delay, we will be in touch with you.

If an item needs to be made, please allow 7-21 days for this.

Milk Threads takes no responsibility once item has been posted. You will be e-mailed a tracking number once item is sent so you are able to track your order. Should there be any issues with parcel delivery please contact Australia Post.

Please double check your postage address before submitting order as Milk Threads takes no responsibility should you enter your address incorrectly.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us prior to placing your order to check if it is ready made etc.



There is the Express Post option at checkout. This however does not guarantee your order will be posted any sooner or the next day, it simply is express posted on Australia Posts end. If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend checking with us and advising prior to placing your order. 



If you live local & would like to pick up your order, we have pickup available from Kanahooka

Once your order is ready to be collected (usually between 2-5 business days unless an item needs to be made, in this instance please allow up to 21 days) you will receive a text or email from us with pick-up address & details.

Pickup orders must be collected within 3 days or additional postage charges and admin fees will apply.

It is really important to us that you love your purchases from Milk Threads. 

We understand that sometimes you buy things and in the meantime your little one has grown an inch! If this is the case and sizing isn't quite right, we can only offer you an exchange if;

  • The item is unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags intact
  • Item is returned or contact is made within 14 days of purchase (Please do not send back any items without making contact first. Please e-mail or DM prior)
  • Purchaser/customer pays for ALL postage and return postage costs.
  • Any items after 14 days will NOT be accepted for exchange or refund. 

Should you purchase a product that is faulty or you're not entirely happy with, please contact us via Instagram DM or e-mail to discuss.

Refunds are only offered if the product is faulty and product is no longer in stock or available.

Please note: Please treat your items with care and take note of washing instructions on tag, we take no responsibility should colours run/fade etc and washing instructions are not followed. 


In the event a parcel is returned to us for any reason, eg incorrect address, failure to collect etc, a refund or redelivery will be arranged based on individual circumstances. If a refund is given, it will be less the original postage charge and $10 admin fee. If the customer requests a redelivery a new postage charge will apply.
